December 5, 2012
The Inter-Mountain

Employees of Stonewall Resort hosted veteran recognition events in November in an effort to pay tribute to area residents who have served our country.

Samantha Norris, community outreach director for Stonewall Resort, said, "We are thankful for the sacrifices made by our veterans to keep us safe here at home. It is our privilege to honor those living and past for helping to secure our freedom."

Norris said that on Nov. 9, Stonewall employees welcomed the Lewis County Honor Guard for an appreciation ceremony at the Resort. During the event, employees expressed their gratitude for the service of the Honor Guard members and those Resort employees who served in the armed services.
