Genevieve Marie Yeager, 84, of Thomas, passed away Dec. 25, 2012, at her home.
She was born Jan. 4, 1928, at Davis, a daughter of the late Leonard and Anna Susan Stvartak Komoski.
Also preceding her in death was one son, Leonard Komoski Jr.
Survivors include one son, Edward Komoski of Camden, N.J.; two daughters, Deborah (Warren) Forney of Selbyville, Del., and Melissa Clayton of North Carolina; two sisters, Wanda Komoski of Cleveland, Ohio, and Fran Ferris of Elkins; and one grandson, Jay Hemling of Glen Burnie, Md.
Ginny was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church Women's Auxiliary and a former member of Thomas Volunteer Fire Department Women's Auxiliary. She was a collector of Beanie Babies and enjoyed her beloved dog, Jelly Bean.
Friends will be received today at Hinkle Funeral Home from 4 to 8 p.m. A vigil service will be conducted at 7 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 28, at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church with Father Timothy Grassi as celebrant. Interment will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery.
