Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin, U.S. Sens. Jay Rockefeller and Joe Manchin, along with U.S. Rep. Nick Rahall announced Wednesday the U.S. Department of Labor granted a $300,000 National Emergency Grant (NEG) to WorkForce West Virginia.
