Partners of the Month named

MOOREFIELD - Anna Crites has been honored as the July Partner of the Month for the Pilgrim's Pride Moorefield fresh plant. Crites works in the evisceration department on night shift and has worked for the company for one year.

"Anna is an outstanding employee," said Becky Pritt, her supervisor. "She has excellent attendance and she is an exceptional team player. She loves to help out wherever needed and Anna always wears a smile. Her positive attitude makes her a pleasure to work with and her job performance excels. Anna has an excellent safety outlook, always working safely."

Shelby Kasmier has been honored as the August Partner of the Month for the Pilgrim's Pride Moorefield fresh plant. Kasmier works in the quality assurance department on night shift and has worked for the company for six years.

Kasmier's supervisor, Barb Ganoe, commented. "Shelby is very dependable, she rarely misses work, even in inclement weather. She is self-motivated, helping her co-workers, and keeps her paperwork organized and ready for any situation. Kasmier keeps a positive attitude, she is extremely knowledgeable of her job, and she is trained in every department. She is constantly watching for potential safety issues."

Greg Rivera Gonzalez has been honored as the September Partner of the Month for the Pilgrim's Pride Moorefield fresh plant. Gonzalez works in the dapec one department on night shift and has worked for the company for five years.

"Greg is a hard worker with a wonderful overall disposition," said Tommy Coleman, his supervisor. "He has excellent attendance and everyone enjoys working with him. Greg excels at all jobs he undertakes, stays proactive and takes the initiative to learn new jobs. He is the department safety representative and is very safety conscious."

The Partner of the Month is a program that has been implemented to recognize employees for their outstanding merit and work ethic. Employees in the program have exhibited outstanding work characteristics in the categories of attendance, teamwork, attitude and job performance.
