W.Va. gas prices on the rise

Average retail gasoline prices in West Virginia have risen 5.4 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $3.43 per gallon on Dec. 30, according to GasBuddy's daily survey of 1,154 gas outlets in West Virginia. This compares with the national average that has increased 3.0 cents per gallon in the last week to $3.27 per gallon, according to gasoline price website
