People’s Law School stages mock trial

Attorney Jim Hawkins acts as defense attorney during Thursday’s People’s Law School at the Randolph County Courthouse. A mock trial, State of W.Va. vs. Harold Knuckles IV, was staged in which Knuckles was charged with delivery of a controlled substance. Next week’s session on Thursday, Feb. 14, will cover elderly laws wills and estates/end of life planning.
