A two-vehicle accident in Dartmoor at approximately 4:30 p.m. Thursday sent two people to the hospital.
Chris Koch, an EMT with the Barbour County EMS, said a car traveling southbound on Route 250 struck a vehicle traveling north.
"There were four people in the cars," Koch said. "One passenger was transported by life flight to West Virginia University Hospital. Another passenger was transported to Davis Memorial Hospital."
The crash tied up traffic on Route 250 for about an hour for the cleanup.
Other emergency personnel assisting at the scene included the West Virginia State Police, Belington Vol. Fire Department and Junior Vol. Fire Department.
