More than 200 patrons dined and danced at a Mardi Gras party Friday at the Randolph County Community Arts Center. Entertainment was provided by Zig Et Zag, featuring Bob Smakula, Tom Hoffman and Judy Condon. Dancing a waltz and enjoying the evening are Elkins residents P.J. and Terry Harmon.
