The Inter-Mountain’s I Shop Locally winner for the month of January is Bobbi Curtis, of Elkins, who won $1,000. Curtis, left, receives her check this week from Erin Quint, special projects manager. To enter the I Shop Locally program, shoppers simply can pick up a card at local participating businesses.
