Two indicted by Tucker Grand Jury

A Tucker County Grand Jury indicted six people on charges in circuit court earlier this month.

The indictments included the following:

- James David Long, of H.C. 64 Box 196, was charged with malicious assault, a felony, for allegedly wounding Robert R. Sturms on or about Aug. 8, 2012.

- Ellis Hedrick, of 400 5th Street, Apartment A, Parsons, was charged with attempted burglary, a felony, for allegedly entering the home of Eugene and Marsha Bohon, 11958 Cheat Valley Highway, Parsons on or about Nov. 22, 2012.

He was also charged with trespassing for allegedly entering the property of Eugene and Marsha Bohon.
