Elkins man visits elementary students

Elkins resident Bill Collins reads ‘What Is A Lion’ to kindergarten and first-grade students Friday at Jennings Randolph Elementary School. Collins, who is legally blind, brought his leader dog, Lord Cooper, to show students how a leader dog assists its owner. Lord Cooper has helped Collins for nearly two years.
