New band member at Gandy Dancer

Opening night set for Friday

The Gandy Dancer Theatre proudly welcomes new band member Nathaniel Stalnaker.

Stalnaker, best known as "Flannel," plays guitar, including bass, and he also plays drums and sings.

He was born and raised in Clarksburg. He has been playing music since age 9.

He started in school playing percussion. He has played for several bands over the last 15 years, the longest being a 50s and 60s band called "Catch A Wave."

"Flannel is an outstanding musician and performer and will be a great addition to the Gandy Dancer stage," said veteran performer Rocky Hebb.

The entire Mountain Memories Show Band will kick off this year's season during opening night at 6 p.m. this Friday. More information is available by calling 304-636-4935.
