The Davis & Elkins College baseball team swept a pair of games from Salem International Wednesday in non-conference action at Harpertown Field.
The Senators won the first game 8-4 completed the sweep with a 5-4 victory in the nightcap.
Michael Paratore earned the win in a complete-game effort in the opener. He gave up no earned runs on five hits and struck out five.

Travis Phelps belted a home run and knocked in three runs to lead the Senators.
Anthony Ragos added three hits, including a triple, three runs scored and an RBI, while Lance VanNoy chipped in with two hits, two runs scored and an RBI, and Matt Moceri had two hits, including a double, and an RBI.
Tygarts Valley High School product Christian Scott picked up the win in the second game, facing only two batters.
Marcus Warner started the contest, going the first 6 2/3 innings on the hill.
He gave up four runs on five hits and struck out four.
Phelps had two hits, including a double, and scored a run for the Senators.
"We had good pitching in both games today," Davis & Elkins coach Ron Palmer said. "I also thought we did a good job on the base paths, which helped us get these wins."
D&E will entertain Concord at 1 p.m. Saturday for a key West Virginia Conference doubleheader. The teams will meet again on Sunday to complete the three-game series.
The Senators (19-13, 13-8 WVC) are currently third in the south division of the league.
