Philip Barbour High School student Caleb Arbaugh is recognized during the Barbour County Board of Education meeting recently. Representing Barbour County, he will compete in late June in Anaheim, Ca. in the Future Business Leaders Association competition. Arbaugh, pictured with instructor Gerald Furby, placed second in the state in computer game and simulation programming. Arbaugh’s game helps players learn about the FBLA program and its offerings.
