A Buckhannon man is facing multiple charges after being arrested Sunday by the Buckhannon Police Department.
Robert Erlich, 51, of 17 Henry St., is charged with domestic battery and wanton endangerment. According to the complaint filed in Upshur County Magistrate Court, Erlich had become "highly intoxicated" after drinking vodka, and he allegedly threatened to shoot his wife.
The complaint stated that when she turned her back to Erlich, he fired a shot from a handgun. The complaint stated the round struck the wall near where she had been standing.
Erlich's bond was set at $150,000.
