The Inter-Mountain

At an American Legion Post 29 dinner this spring, Charles W. "Bill" Phares was honored for 60 years of being a member in good standing.

Phares received a continuous member certificate March 15 to mark the occasion. His certificate said, in part, that "such loyalty to the American Legion merits the honor of being cited as an outstanding contributor to the accomplishment of the programs of the American Legion."

He was congratulated by Post Adjutant William Olmstead, Post Commander Mike Cardinal, 1st Vice Commander Tom Domingo and other members of Post 29.
