For the first time in recent years, Elkins Motor Speedway will feature a full weekend - Friday and Saturday - of racing with the J.C. Distributing Stars 'N Stripes Topless event.
Friday night will be regular racing in all classes, plus an early Fourth of July fireworks display.
Then, on Saturday, the ADRA will sanction the 25th annual R.H. Armstrong Memorial Twin Topless 25s.

Defending ADRA champion Rod Conley, along with Brian Casey, Russ Frohnaphel and others, will battle each other in the track's weekly race. Paul Wilmoth Jr., Jared Hawkins, Tim Senic, Chuck Harper and Billy Holbert will battle for the three top prizes.
Newly added, the rained out Schaeffer Oil $2,000-to-win Budweiser FASTRAK Late Models also will race. The Fast 'N Friendly Pharmacy Modifieds will pay $750 to win, while the Miller's Used Cars Street Stocks will pay $500 to win.
In addition, the Harris Construction/American Garage Door race will pay $750 to win for the Good Samaritan of Barbour County Mod Lites.
Also racing both days are the future drivers and the Darren's Pizza Shack Mini Wedges.
