A Buckhannon man is lodged in the Tygart Valley Regional Jail in lieu of a $50,000 bond after being arrested on charges that he received and transferred stolen property.

Michael Zinn, 31, is alleged to have possessed and then sold eight wheel rims, which have a value of $2,000, to a Buckhannon salvage yard, according to a complaint filed in Upshur County Magistrate Court. The complaint stated that the rims had been taken from a car repair shop on Hickory Flat Road.

The rims were later sold to a salvage operator in Horner. The property was recovered in Lewis County, according to the complaint.
