Animal shelter’s fundraiser a success

Editor:

The Randolph County Humane Society (RCHS) would like to thank all those who helped make our recent pancake breakfast at Applebee's Restaurant a big success. Thanks to you we made over $1,000!

Thank you to all our supporters who bought tickets, made donations or volunteered by helping out as wait staff at the breakfast. Thanks also to Applebee's manager Torrie Perkins and his staff who worked hard to make a delicious breakfast for all who came out to assist our shelter.

More than half of the money it takes to run RCHS comes from fundraising and donations. Without the help we receive from our community, we would not be able to help all the animals that we do. Thank you again for your continued support. It is greatly appreciated.

Mary Ann McDonald

President, Randolph County Humane Society
