Washington advanced with a 2-0 victory over Hedgesville to win the Class AAA, Region II, Section 2 title for the third straight year.
Elkins, meanwhile, has been idle since winning its own section by rallying for a 2-1 win over Lewis County last Wednesday at the EHS field.
Issabella Nieves and Hailea Harper registered goals in the victory for the Tigers.
The Bucs also won a close contest to take their section, holding off Elkins, 1-0, on a goal by Dylan Hall early into the second half.
B-U and Jefferson played during the regular season with the Cougars handing the Bucs one of their two losses by a score of 2-0.
Jefferson defeated Hedgesville, 2-1, to capture its section on Saturday.
Tuesday's victors will advance to the state tournament, which takes place Nov. 8-9 in Beckley.
