Preschool Story Hour

November 5, 2013
The Inter-Mountain
The Philippi Public Library recently came alive with the vibrant interactions of children as they listened to the story of ‘Moonlight, The Halloween Cat,’ written by West Virginia author Cynthia Rylant and illustrated by Melissa Sweet. The children made their own ‘Moonlight’ picture. The Preschool Story Hour is hosted at the Philippi Public Library Wednesdays from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. and includes an hour of reading, arts and crafts, games, music and sometimes a snack. For more information about this early literacy program or others, call the library at 304-457-3495 or stop by and talk to the staff. (Submitted photo)
