Naomi M. Harlow, 98, of Buckhannon, died Monday, Nov. 18, 2013, in Valentine Personal Care Home in Elkins.
She was born Sept. 28, 1915, in Falls Mills, a daughter of the late Frantz and Verna Cobb Veith.
On Dec. 9, 1933, she married William Boyd Harlow, who preceded her in death Jan. 16, 1996.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two sons, Boyd Junior and Samuel Lee Harlow; one daughter, Linda Lou Harlow; five brothers, Okey, Oliver, Ray, Fred and Grant Veith; and five sisters, Emma Tenney, Nora Black, Rosie Knicely, Vergie Hamilton and Ruth Martin.
She is survived by two sons, James R. Harlow and wife, Roxanne, and Thomas L. Harlow and wife, Brenda K., all of Buckhannon; two daughters, Mary Bell Lantz of Buckhannon and Martha Dotson and husband, David, of Tyler, Texas; daughter-in-law, Karen Harlow of Buckhannon; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Harlow was a homemaker and a member of Adrian United Methodist Church.
Friends will be received Thursday, Nov. 21, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. A funeral service will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home with the Rev. Wease L. Day officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Olive Cemetery at Hinkleville.
