Davis & Elkins College students and members of the British Debate Team argue the question, “Should prisoners be allowed to vote.” Pairings are, from left, proponent speakers Sean Tyre, a sophomore from Elkins, and British Debate Team member Charlie Morris; and opponent speakers British Debate Team member Neshay Aqueel and Nouna Anthony, standing, a junior from Charles Town. D&E instructor of communication Brent Saindon, who organized the event, is seated in back. In a close vote, the proponent team was deemed the winner. During their visit to D&E, the British Debate Team visited several classes.
