Michael Allen Browning, 50, of Jeromesville, Ohio, died Monday, March 10, 2014, at his home. He had been in his usual health, and death was unexpected.
He was born Feb. 11, 1964, in Buckhannon, the son of Harry P. and Carolyn (McKinney) Browning of Belington.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and worked for Smith Dairy, and he was an avid Michigan fan.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Carla Jean Zoladz Browning of Jeromesville, Ohio; three sons, Andrew and Alexander Browning of Jeromesville, Ohio, and Matthew Browning of Heath, Ohio; two sisters, Cheryl Byrd and husband, Paul, of Brownstown, Mich., and Rhonda Buchrer and husband, Robert, of Flat Rock, Mich; one brother, James Browning of Portsmouth, Va; one niece and nephews; and mother-in-law and father-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Zoladz of Mt. Vernon, Ohio.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Henry and Dollie Browning; and maternal grandparents, Alston and Marie McKinney.
Fickes Funeral Home in Jeromesville assisted the family with arrangements and cremation. There will be a memorial service to follow in April.
