Armor gets new protection

Patrolman M.J. Sigley and K-9 officer Armor of the Elkins City Police accept a bullet-proof vest for Armor from Elkins High School senior Brandon Simmons Thursday at the Randolph Technical Center. Simmons raised approximately $1,800 to purchase two vests, one for K-9 officer Armor and one for K-9 officer Macy.
