Bridge to be named for local soldier

Sgt. John Andrew Charnoplosky, the 18-year-old soldier that died near the Cambodian border, Nov. 15, 1971, in a double UH1 helicopter crash during the Vietnam War, will be honored with a bridge being named for him on the Audra Road in Belington, at 1 p.m. Friday.
