PARADE CHAIRS: Mountain State Forest Festival Grand Feature Parade seats for the Oct. 5 parade are available at Otterbein United Methodist Church at 1100 South Davis Avenue in Elkins. There is a cost for the parade seats. Beginning on Tuesday, Sept. 3, seats may be reserved by calling the Otterbein Church Office at 304-636-0569 Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Seats must be paid in full before Oct. 5.

SELLING CHAIRS: Rebekkah Lodge 62 and Odd Fellows Lodge 116 are selling chairs for the Elkins Forest Festival again. The chairs are located at the Annex Building across from Tomblyn Funeral Home.
