Paving to cause closures on Back Road

RANDOLPH COUNTY — The West Virginia Department of Transportation announces that County Route 37, known as the Back Road, will have road closures for paving work this weekend, starting at milepost .81, Valley Bend, and ending at milepost 2.74, towards Dailey.

Work will begin at 7 a.m. and end at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, Saturday and Monday.

Special accomodations will only be allowed for emergency vehicles, school buses and United States Postal Services vehicles.

All other motorists should expect major delays, and are urged to seek alternate routes.
