Stephen A. Bell Jr.

He was born May 30, 1980, in Elkins, a son of the late Stephen A. Bell Sr. and Barbara Myers Bell.

He is survived by his adoptive mother, Louise D. Higgins, of Montrose, and his dog, Buddy.

Also preceding him in death was his adoptive father, Cletis O’Dell “John” Higgins.

Stephen was very mechanical and loved to work on motors. He also enjoyed spending time outdoors.

Friends may call from 10 a.m. until noon, Friday, March 28, 2025, at the Tomblyn Funeral Home in Elkins.

A funeral service will be held at noon Friday, from the funeral home chapel, with Pastor Terry Cannon officiating.

Interment will follow at the Bell Cemetery at Kelly Mountain.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Randolph County Humane Society, P.O. Box 785, Elkins, WV 26241 in memory of Stephen.
